However, traditional approaches have focused on physical and mental wellness skills and habits for staff, largely ignoring the role that workplace conditions can have on employee wellness. In this webinar presented by Child Trends, Mental Health America and NACDD, we’ll equip education leaders at state and district levels to expand conversations about supporting school employee wellness to create meaningful and sustainable improvements. We’ll also hear from folks who have been working to advance comprehensive school employee wellness at both the state and district level. They will share their successes, challenges, and lessons learned along the way.
