This webinar, part one of a 3-part series celebrating progress at the one-year anniversary of the National Strategic Plan for Chronic Disease Data Modernization, will allow us to look back and step forward to sustain momentum with chronic disease modernization. CSTE and NACDD will spotlight key publications, resources, and initiatives, aligned with the National Strategic Plan for Chronic Disease Data Modernization and the Chronic Disease Surveillance Data Modernization Roadmap. Participants will reflect on how these efforts have influenced their work, gain an understanding of new tools to accelerate their impact, and explore where to go next. As critical partners advancing chronic disease modernization, we’ll highlight how NACDD and CSTE’s complimentary offerings can support your work and opportunities to engage with both organizations moving forward.
