January 2023 Peer Exchange: Year 2 SAP Share
During this session, SPINE states will engage in peer sharing and provide a high-level overview of their Y2 State Action Plans/Y2 SPINE activities. States will also be able to ask each other questions about their overall projects, request advice on how to navigate specific challenges, share best practices and resources, and solicit feedback on their respective SAPs.

February 2023 STLO: Cultural Competence and Cultural Humility in Nutrition Interventions
During this session, participants will gain a shared understanding of cultural competence and how it can be applied to nutrition interventions, including those that address nutrition security. Participants will learn about the theoretical models and assessment tools that help assess individual and program cultural competence, as well as explore the limitations of using such models. Finally, participants will have the opportunity explore cultural humility and how institutions can move towards embodying this paradigm.

March 2023 Peer Exchange: Incorporating Food Systems Work into State Partnerships Improving Nutrition & Equity
During this session, SPINE states will have the opportunity to engage in peer sharing and learn how states are working to improve local food systems and how they tie that work into addressing food and nutrition security and equity. Participants will hear about the important role local food councils and sound procurement policies can play in building strong food systems in addition to why centering community-driven solutions partnerships are the key to success.
