Healm gives employers the tools to design and set up an effective type 2 diabetes prevention program benefit for their employees. The process is easy, and this free platform is designed to save time and money. Healm guides employers every step of the way through choosing, approving, and setting up a program.
The National DPP Coverage Toolkit
NACDD developed the National DPP Coverage Toolkit jointly with CDC as an online resource to help states and organizations navigate the potential complexities of offering the National DPP as a covered health benefit.
