Inspired by the CDC’s Tips From Former Smokers campaign, the Tips Adjacent Campaign highlights the personal journeys of five campaign ambassadors: Heidi, Chris, Tonya, Terra, and Brad.
This CDC-funded campaign was designed in partnership with Lumina Corps and the NACDD Disability Network to connect individuals with the accessible information and support they need to make informed decisions about quitting tobacco, if and when they choose.

Increasing Insurance Coverage for Tobacco Cessation Competencies defines the essential knowledge and skills needed to advance comprehensive tobacco cessation coverage and improve access to evidence-based cessation services. This resource includes a five-level proficiency scale to support staff self-assessment and professional development.
