NACDD recognizes Virginia and West Virginia for their collaboration implementation of their action plans developed under the Physical Activity and Nutrition State Engagement Model (PAN StEM).
NACDD currently is working with four additional states who will be working with partners to develop a collaborative plan of action for scaling and sustaining efforts to improve physical activity and nutrition. Contact Ann Forburger for more information.
