New Hanover Regional Medical Center is being recognized for their efforts in keeping people healthy, optimizing care, improving outcomes for priority populations, and innovating for health. Million Hearts^®commends New Hanover Regional Medical Center for their commitment to improving the cardiovascular health of its patients, employees, and the community it serves. NHRMC is being recognized for the following:

• Supporting community and employee heart health
• Improving outpatient services related to ABCS (aspirin, blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking cessation)
