The Heart of the Matter podcast’s latest episode

The CVH Team celebrated National Pharmacy Month in October with the release of “The Power and Possibilities of Pharmacy Partnerships,” the newest episode of The Heart of the Matter podcast. This month’s episode features Drs. Stephanie McGrath and Kelsey Hake from the Pennsylvania Pharmacist Care Network and University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy (Million Hearts Health Equity Implementation funding recipients) as well as Troy Trygstad from the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network (CPESN).
