NACDD Welcomes its Fourth Cohort in Learning Collaborative for School Heath

Children at school
Congratulations to NACDD’s fourth cohort of states who were accepted to participate in NACDD’s Supports to Advance Emotional Well-being in Schools Learning Collaborative! These states – Michigan, Nevada, and Utah – join eight other states that have taken action to improve emotional well-being and mental health-related policies, programs, and practices for students and school staff. State health departments and education agencies partner with NACDD to identify school districts within their state to engage in a multi-step process to assess emotional well-being initiatives, develop and implement action plans to drive improvements, participate in learning opportunities, and evaluate their efforts.

Check out NACDD’s School Health Resource Repository and no-cost online learning modules to advance emotional well-being in your own community.

Interested in staying connected with NACDD School Health? Go to your member profile, click on Email Preferences, and subscribe to School Health. Additionally, NACDD is seeking to feature state-developed resources that support child and health well-being in a new database on NACDD’s School Health Resource Hub. We’d love to feature your state!
