Dr. Ann Albright is retiring in Dec. 2020. In honor of her retirement, NACDD invited her to a virtual fireside chat to discuss her remarkable career.

Dr. Albright has been the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Division of Diabetes Translation (DDT) for 14 years and has been a champion for people with and at risk for diabetes for nearly 40 years. Throughout her career, she has worked to advance diabetes science and lead and advise on state, national, and international diabetes programs.
