NACDD is pleased to convene Million Hearts® Partners via a monthly meeting series at this time to:  

• Update partners on Million Hearts®-related activities and resources,
• Align partners’ contributions to the Million Hearts® 2027 priorities,
• Discover and celebrate partner contributions and accomplishments, and 
• Convene partners to answer questions and troubleshoot barriers to achieving the initiative’s aim of preventing one million cardiovascular events in five years (or by December 2026). 

We’d love to learn about your Million Hearts®-related efforts and how they may align with both local and national programs.
