Advancing Emotional Well-Being in Schools Training Series
The Advancing Emotional Well-Being in Schools Training Series is designed to build the confidence, knowledge, and skills of public health and education leaders. Participants deepen their understanding of effective practices, strengthen their ability to support schools, and gain practical tools to guide meaningful systems change.
A one-module course that explores the NACDD School Health Five-Step Process (Assess, Plan, Implement, Learn, and Evaluate) and how it can be used to advance school health.
A three-module course that explores the WSCC model, commonly used school-based mental health frameworks, and best practices for aligning for sustainable implementation.
A four-module course that explores the foundations of teaming best practices, including team composition, engaging youth as leaders, working across disciplines, and strategies for growth and sustainability.
A three-module course that explores the role of data in driving informed decision-making processes, the importance of intentional and responsive data collection, and key data collection processes.
A two-module course that explores the process of contextualizing data, translating data into action, and the role of continuous improvement and iterative decision-making.
A six-module course that explores the process of leveraging implementation science, continuous quality improvement, and measurement and communication of impact for effective implementation.
