The Coverage Toolkit provides resources and information for payers interested in covering the National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) lifestyle change program. It also links to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) resources and other existing resources surrounding the National DPP lifestyle change program, making the Coverage Toolkit a “one-stop shop” for finding information about the program.
