As a Council of National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) Board of Directors, the Pacific Chronic Disease Council (PCDC) serves as the point of contact for each United States Associated Pacific Islands (USAPIs) in developing input, feedback, and perspective on the policy, leadership, and management of coordinated chronic disease prevention and health promotion to address chronic non-communicable diseases (NCD) and associated risk factors in the USAPI jurisdictions (comprised of): American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Guam, Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), and Republic of Palau (Palau).
