Each spring, Cancer Council Members vote to elect new leaders to the Leadership Team’s Executive Committee. This year, we are excited to welcome Shauntay Davis-Patterson from California as our incoming Chair Elect and Dawn Hollinger from Delaware as our incoming Secretary. Please join us in congratulating Shauntay and Dawn on their elections!

The springtime is also when we recruit for the non-elected roles on the Leadership Team’s Steering Committee. Please help us give a warm welcome to Jenny Lingle (Comagine Health) and Laura McGough (New Mexico) who will join Jane McElroy (University of Missouri) as the co-leads of our Cancer Screening Workgroup; Benjamin Leo (Maryland) will join Jen Olson (Native American Rehabilitation Association Northwest) as the co-lead of our Evaluation, Epidemiology, and Surveillance Workgroup; and Amy Bashforth (Ohio) who will join Kim Kelly (New York) as the co-lead of our Communications Workgroup.

NACDD’s Cancer Council Leadership Team serves a vital role in the cancer public health arena. We are proud to have these esteemed colleagues at the table to represent the voices of cancer programs across the nation.
