Joel Castro provides valuable insights to our financial operations. As a Staff Accountant with NACDD, Joel handles account payable transactions, suring all invoices and payment requests are processed.

Joel, a proud New Orleans native, earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans. Previously, he was also a Staff Accountant with The St. Bernard Project, a New Orleans based nonprofit, disaster relief organization.

Beyond the “numbers,” Joel enjoys exploring new places, be it through travel or trying out new restaurants. This passion for discovery extends into the world of art, with particular interest in music.
