NACDD, with support from CDC, collaborates with The Lupus Initiative, a program of the American College of Rheumatology, to build sustainable partnerships between leaders in state health departments and minority heath/health equity and community based organizations to support persons living with lupus.
On Aug. 28, NACDD released a Request for Applications to fund state and local health departments and community based organizations to convene a group of local, regional, and statewide partners at a one-day workshop to develop a strategic plan reflecting the four strategic domains of the National Public Health Agenda for Lupus. Workshops must be held between Jan. 1 and Aug. 31, 2018.Ā
