This webinar will provide participants with an overview of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on-line resource, A Practitioner’s Guide for Advancing Health Equity and ways to incorporate health equity into public health practice. The presenter will also highlight lessons learned from practitioners across the nation and discuss how participants can use equity-oriented considerations, key partners, and community examples to design and implement tobacco-free living, healthy food and beverage and active living strategies.
