All members of the NACDD online community can submit to the What’s Working database. All state/territorial staff working in chronic disease are eligible members of the NACDD online community. An administrator will review and approve your entry once submitted.
What’s Working database entries may be completed project Success Stories, or Case Studies, projects that are successful but still ongoing, or both.
