AUDIENCE: State Health Department staff/contractors working in diabetes prevention and management

DEADLINE: Friday, May 24, 2019, 5:00 p.m. ET

ACTION: Apply for a travel scholarship to AADE19

DESCRIPTION: The Diabetes Council Professional Development Workgroup invites all staff who are working on diabetes prevention or management strategies in 1815 or 1817 to apply for a travel scholarship to attend the 2019 American Association of Diabetes Educators conference (AADE19).

To be considered for a Diabetes Council travel scholarship to AADE19 you must complete the online application by 5:00 p.m. ET on May 24, 2019. If you have already received a Diabetes Council travel scholarship for conferences taking place between Jan. 1, 2019, and July 31, 2019, you are not eligible for this opportunity.
