The Executive Committee of the Leadership Team will be meeting on May 23-24 in Washington D.C. We will meet with Dr. Janet Wright to discuss Million Hearts® 2022. The agenda includes:
How states sustain and spread the work of the Million Hearts® 2022 from previous years
How states can share the systems and quality improvement protocols used by the Million Hearts® Champions with other healthcare partners and the broader community
How the Leadership Team and Million Hearts® can continue to communicate as efforts toward Million Hearts® 2022 progress
