From the CVH Leadership Team

The Executive Committee of the Leadership Team will be meeting on May 23-24 in Washington D.C. We will meet with Dr. Janet Wright to discuss Million Hearts® 2022.  The agenda includes:

  • How states sustain and spread the work of the Million Hearts® 2022 from previous years
  • How states can share the systems and quality improvement protocols used by the Million Hearts® Champions with other healthcare partners and the broader community
  • How the Leadership Team and Million Hearts® can continue to communicate as efforts toward Million Hearts® 2022 progress

If you have additional topics, please let me know.
 
The Leadership Team will also meet to discuss the CVH network in general. If you have ideas, recommendations or specific areas for technical assistance, please email me by Friday, May 19.

  • National Forum member updates.
