Jill Myers Geadelmann, BS, RN, is the Bureau Chief for the Chronic, Congenital and Inherited Conditions Bureau within the Public Health Division of the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services. Jill has served in this leadership role since 2001 and has represented her agency as the state’s Chronic Disease Director since that time. She provides leadership to the bureau’s programs and other initiatives within the agency and is a director for the traditional chronic disease programs, injury programs, newborn screening programs and other programming related to congenital and inherited disorders.

Jill has been actively involved with NACDD and its Board of Directors, serving in prior terms as an ad-hoc member and through the roles of President-Elect and President. She has engaged in several of the Board’s committees over time and is currently engaged as a member of the Finance Committee.
