The Final Report of the Gestational Diabetes Collaborative BETTER DATA BETTER CARE contains three major sections: the Executive Summary; the project’s goals, processes and outcomes; and celebrates the accomplishments, lessons learned and shared products from the nine states and four tribal partners.
