Laura Weikle serves as Member Support Manager at NACDD. Before joining NACDD, Laura partnered in the growth of a national peer-based professional development association for operations executives.

With over 17 years of experience leading an executive member community, Laura was responsible for many facets of the organization, including chapter development, thought leadership, and operations, yet she takes the most pride in building and nurturing lasting relationships and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration.

Originally from California, Laura now calls Atlanta home. Outside of work, she brews homemade kombucha, loves spending time in the mountains, and volunteers as a hospice comfort caregiver. She has three grown children and has been married for 36 years.
