Fatima Goines joins NACDD with 15 years of human resources experience including recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational change.

Prior to joining NACDD, Fatima served as an HR Business Partner at the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority. At the State Road and Tollway Authority, Fatima implemented an agency succession plan which develops future leaders within the organization. Fatima also spearheaded wellness and engagement programs designed to educate and enhance camaraderie among staff.

Fatima holds a master’s degree from Georgia State University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Fatima also volunteers with SHRM-Atlanta, a human resources professional association, to help students develop life and professional skills for future opportunities.

In Fatima’s spare time, she enjoys writing, hiking, and sipping a cup of tea.
