Ashley Krombach (she/her/hers) is a Public Health Consultant with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, bringing more than nine years of experience at the intersection of the nonprofit, Pre-K-12 education, and mental health fields in support of improved health and educational equity.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Previously, Ashley directed the social-emotional health strategy for a national nonprofit where she co-developed a comprehensive social-emotional health program and Pre-K-12 curriculum that uniquely addresses social-emotional skills development from an equity-centered and trauma-conscious approach. In addition to her background in program development and implementation, she has a background in content development, instructional design, and research and evaluation. With a passion for community building, Ashley strives to facilitate collaborative partnerships that utilize meaningful strategies for stakeholder engagement and co-creation aimed at seeking sustainable solutions.

Ashley travels full time with her wife (a traveling nurse), their two cats (who think they are dogs), and their dog (who thinks he’s a cat). She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and can always be found with a camera and a roll of film in hand.
