It is an honor to invite you to the National Association of Chronic Disease Director’s 30th anniversary Chronic Disease Invitational Academy, April 9-12, at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead in Atlanta, Ga.
This year, we are pleased to cover travel expenses for you and up to four of your State Health Department staff to attend (including airfare, ground transportation, meals, and lodging). We hope that this opportunity will enable you to bring staff whose roles and professional goals can most benefit from the learning opportunities and networking experiences that we offer at this, our most popular professional development event of the year.
To help you determine how the Academy could be beneficial to your staff, we have attached the DRAFT Meeting Agenda. Additional details on our course offerings and course registration will become available later this year.
Once you have identified the team members that you would like to travel with you, please ensure all of your team members complete the Team Information Form by Friday, Dec. 7, so that we can communicate specifically to your team members.
We will provide attendees with additional updates on logistics and course information as we finalize these details. Should you have any questions in the meantime, NACDD staff is ready to assist you as the primary contact for the event.
