Robyn Taylor

VP, Center for Health Promotion
Robyn Taylor is a nationally recognized public health professional specializing in promoting projects, programs, and policies that serve all individuals. She has an extensive background in public service, encompassing public health, policy development, education, corrections, and enhancing food access for communities with significant needs.
At the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD), Robyn serves as a Vice President who leads initiatives aimed at advancing health and social well-being. Previously, she was a Senior Director and Consultant at NACDD, providing technical assistance and support to state chronic disease programs. Robyn has led projects to advance health in men as well as breast cancer reduction efforts.
Robyn dedicated over 20 years to public service in the State of Ohio as an Assistant Director, where she spearheaded an organizational-wide training and standards development project, achieving a 99% completion rate among staff.
Beyond her work with NACDD, Robyn has collaborated with organizations such as the New Jersey Nicholson Foundation, Horizon Health, and the National Recreation and Parks Association. She has also served on various social service agency boards and led the Columbus Council of PTAs, representing over 3,000 members.
Committed to helping and encouraging others, Robyn has traveled to four continents to explore the interconnectedness of humanity, including tracing her ancestry in Ghana and Nigeria.
Robyn shares her life with her husband, three children, parents, cherished family and friends, and two dogs, Max and Marley.
