Felicia Addison has more than 10 years of Human Resources experience in management, recruiting, training, and employee relations.

As the Human Resourses Generalist, Felicia assists the department with various administrative tasks along with supporting employees and other related activities.

Prior to joining NACDD, Felicia worked at Chick Fil-A Corporate for three years ensuring employment verification compliance. She started her career with the Atlanta Falcons where she worked as an HR Manager for eight years in the food and beverage department in the Georgia Dome. She later became the Sr. Staffing Manager to open the now Mercedes Benz Stadium and staffed the Super Bowl in 2019.

Felicia received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Westwood College. She sits on the board of several local nonprofits in the Atlanta area and has a passion for volunteering and helping others, especially the youth.

In her spare time, Felicia enjoys music, traveling, reading, and experiencing new things with her three kids.
