Stefanie Hansen has consulted with NACDD since 2016 providing evaluation services for various projects. She began managing the evaluation for the Medicaid National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) Demonstration Project and continues to assess outcomes for projects focused on implementing coverage for the National DPP. More than 15 years of evaluation experience includes work with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, OMNI Institute, and private consulting, mostly focused on evaluation support for prevention programs to improve physical and mental health outcomes for children and families.
