Mari T. Brick, MA is as a Public Health Consultant for the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD). She provides program expertise, training and technical assistance, quality assurance/improvement, and program evaluation, while also leading efforts to develop state and community partnerships and advocate for disability inclusion in evidence-based programs to benefit focus populations. She previously served as the lead consultant for NACDD arthritis projects.

She is a Master Trainer for the ProVention Health Foundation, overseeing training activities for the National Diabetes Prevention Program, where she ensures program standards and curriculum development for CDC approval. Additionally, she is a trained Matter of Balance instructor, a SAIL master trainer, and a Certifying T-Trainer for the Self-Management Resource Center Self-Management Programs. Prior to NACDD, Mari served as the Arthritis Program Manager at the New York State (NYS) Department of Health where she worked to convene the NYS Arthritis Advisory Council that led to the development of the first state arthritis plan with a focus on scaling arthritis-appropriate evidence-based interventions around the state.

Mari earned her BA in Social Work from Siena College in Loudonville, NY, and her MA in Social Policy from Empire State University in Saratoga Springs, NY. She resides in Voorheesville, NY with her family and within proximity of her beloved Adirondack Mountains.
