As Senior Project Coordinator in NACDD’s Project Management Office, Sybrina “Sy” Scott leverages over 15 years of diverse project support experience spanning search firms, IT, and entertainment industries.

Her academic journey includes studies in communications at Tennessee State University, followed by a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary professional studies from Colorado State University. She further enhanced her expertise with a master’s degree in organizational leadership, specializing in strategic innovation and change management.

Outside of work, Sy finds joy in live music, culinary exploration, reading, and competitive Scrabble matches. A proud Atlanta native and loyal sports enthusiast, Sy passionately supports her hometown teams: the Dream, Braves, Hawks, and Falcons. She also maintains strong community ties through active involvement in her sorority and takes pride in watching her two children flourish into young adults.
