Flo Flowers is Associate Director of the PMO at NACDD. Flo brings to NACDD more than seven years of experience leading client-facing engagements and project implementation. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has worked with various organizations in a variety of roles including marketing, operations, and project management.

Flo received her BS in Marketing and International Business from University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her MBA in Marketing and International Business from Georgia State University.
