The National DPP Coverage Toolkit launched in June. Since then, coverage of the National DPP has grown across the nation. NACDD, along with CDC and Leavitt Partners, is committed to updating and expanding the online toolkit to ensure its value as a reliable and accessible resource. Recent updates include: National DPP and toolkit-related webinars; step-by-step guides for coverage according to payer type; information on the latest proposed Medicare DPP rule, and the list of Expert Panel organizations that provide guidance for the National DPP Demonstration Project. Help us update Participating Payers by submitting payers from your state. This running list highlights health plans, employers, state employee plans, and state Medicaid programs providing coverage of the National DPP lifestyle change program.

Information sessions about the toolkit may be included at upcoming state engagement meetings and train-the-trainer workshops will be offered in four states to support utilization and extend the reach of the National DPP Coverage Toolkit.
