Virtual Chronic Disease Academy

The NACDD Chronic Disease Academy supports training and technical assistance toward improved health outcomes including the prevention of premature mortality, morbidity, and disability due to major chronic diseases; prevention of associated major risk factors; and promotion of overall population health across the life span.

Join us at the annual Chronic Disease Academy to build your knowledge and skills around effective public health practice. This year’s virtual Academy will emphasize connection, engagement, and innovation through peer-to-peer learning, interactive workshops, networking sessions, discussion forums, and poster presentations designed to advance chronic disease prevention efforts.
