Francesca Bentley

Public Policy Analyst
Francesca Bentley is a Public Policy Analyst in the Center for Health Policy. She was previously a Program Associate for the Carter Center’s Mental Health Public Policy Program, primarily overseeing the Center’s efforts to expand their School-Based Behavioral Health Collaborative. Leading up to her role with the Carter Center, Francesca worked as both a Public Policy Research Consultant for the National Journal as well as a part-time Educational Outreach Consultant for the Pulitzer Center.
While in graduate school at Stanford University, Francesca worked closely with NATO’s Innovation Unit to provide research and policy support for their Responsible Use of Biotechnology Principles Report and future programming. Although Francesca has lived the majority of her life in the Midwest and the Northeast, she is no stranger to the state of Georgia as she attended Spelman College, in West Atlanta, in pursuit of a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology.
