HEALTHY AGING AND HEALTHY BRAIN

Healthy Brain Initiative Road Map

The Healthy Brain Initiative Road Map is a framework of actionable tools designed to help public health professionals lead with urgency urgently to promote brain health, better improve care for people with cognitive impairment, and increase attention to caregivers in communities across the country.

The BOLD Public Health Program Awards provide funding to state and local health departments and tribal health organizations to implement the HBI Road Map Series and advance public health efforts on brain health, dementia, and caregiving. This funding is supported by the Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure for Alzheimer’s Act and allows health departments to prioritize public health interventions across the life course and continuum of dementia.
