Janine Guerra Wilson has worked in human resources for more than 20 years in a number of industries, with an extensive background in employee benefits administration.

She obtained her Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Walden University and Bachelor of Arts in political science from Temple University. Proudly, she attended Virginia State University, a highly rated Historically Black College and University (HBCU), located in Petersburg, Virginia, prior to transferring to Temple. 

She also has earned her Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. She maintains a current membership with SHRM National and the SHRM Atlanta chapter. 

When not working, Janine enjoys spending time with her husband and two very active young sons.
