Our 1815/1817 Epidemiology and Evaluation Collaborative (EEC) has over 150 state members and convenes by conference call on the second Wednesday of each month. Led by Belle Federman (KS), Lara Kaye (NY), and Shelby Vadjunec (WI), we invite you to participate in our survey to understand 1) how epidemiology and evaluation responsibilities are distributed across staff in your 1815 and 1817 programs, and 2) which states/cities are working on and evaluating which strategies in order to facilitate networking opportunities. This survey includes information for both Categories A and B. 

We encourage you to work with your Category A and epi/eval teams to complete one survey response per state/city by Friday, May 17. EEC will share our findings in an upcoming Off the Cuff issue and use them to inform our Council and EEC technical assistance offerings.
