Your Work Matters. Be Counted.

A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO…Impact Brief April 2022

Since our inception more than 34 years ago, NACDD has helped to facilitate communication and collaboration between state and national chronic disease prevention and control efforts. NACDD Members like you count on us to represent you and keep you informed on the issues that matter most to your work and career.

But we need your help to make sure your voice is heard and reflected in our work. Our “iCount” Member census is being launched this month for State and Territorial Health Department staff to ensure we have the most up-to-date and complete information about you and your work. The iCount census only is for State and Territorial Health Department staff (General Members). Associate Members can email members@chronicdisease.org with any updates to their contact information.

In mid-May, General Members will receive an automated email with a unique link to complete iCount’s 10-minute survey, so be on the lookout.

The information you share with us will help NACDD provide relevant communications, targeted engagement opportunities, and access to tools and resources that will help you serve your communities as impactfully as possible.

We do not sell your information nor share it externally.

iCount is just one step in your journey with NACDD to help you enhance your work, remain informed as a professional, and grow your career. Engage with us today to learn more about how we can support you and our broader national health through you.

Thank you for partnering with us in this effort! You count. It’s time to be counted.
