Workforce Secondary Traumatic Stress Assessment was originally created to help Washington’s district-wide Workforce Mental Health Committees regularly assess policy implementation and staff well-being practices to support a positive workplace climate and reduce secondary traumatic stress. This assessment aligns with WA legislation and can be adapted to other states seeking to support their workforce around secondary traumatic stress.
