Request for Proposals
The National Association for Chronic Disease Directors (“NACDD”) is soliciting proposals from interested firms for graphics design services. The project’s services consist of different language versions and copy-editing.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified (individuals or entities) to provide excellent graphic design services to the NACDD. This project requires qualified contractors with experience and skills in editing technical publications. Your firm is hereby invited to submit to the NACDD a proposal for RFP No. 0523 Graphic Design Services. The qualified firms must be able to perform the following services:
Graphic Design
- Using the original Navigating the Course book (113 pages), completing the layout for two adapted versions: the Caribbean English version and the Caribbean Spanish version. Content will include copy, graphics, and images. (Bidder will be provided with client images)
- Produce final design that is suitable for printing by a separate contractor.
Copy-Editing
- Proofread, correct, and enhance copy.
The Respondents’ response information for this Request for Proposal will be presented to the NACDD to be evaluated based on the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
DEADLINE FOR INFORMATION: NACDD will review information as it is received. Your response to this RFP must be received by designated staffer, Ms. Alisha Zambrano, via email at azambrano_ic@chronicdisease.org, no later than 5:00 P.M. EDT, June 9, 2023. Please label all submitted proposals with the Subject Title, “Graphic Design Services” with RFP No. 0523.
NACDD reserves the absolute right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any technicalities.
