Welcome to a new grant year! The Cardiovascular Health team at NACDD is thrilled to resume our Off the Cuff newsletter. You may notice us begin to make slight changes to the newsletter over the course of the next few weeks—starting with the subtitle. “CVH Clinical and Community Connections for State and Local Health Departments” reflects the important shift in the focus of strategies that you will be addressing through your 1815 and 1817 funding from CDC. Later this fall you’ll notice a new masthead and logo to freshen up the look and to better align with the NACDD brand.
