The key to working well with other generations is to understand and accept each generation’s uniqueness. In this module, you’ll learn what motivates people from the three most common generations working in public health, looking at their life experiences and what their working styles are likely to be. Knowing more about the strengths and challenges of each generation can help you work together to achieve your public health goals.
