The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our organization as a Sr. Program Manager to lead the National Hypertension Control Roundtable (NHCR). NACDD is a Member-based not-for-profit Association that improves the health of the public by strengthening state-based leadership and expertise for chronic disease prevention and control in states and at the national level.
